Returns.
Purchased items can be returned and request a replacement or refund, provided they are returned, within 30 days, in perfect condition and accompanied by a sales receipt.
In case of return, Pitò offers a free shipping service.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. Make sure the package is properly closed.
